EatSure, a food delivery platform by Rebel Foods, has opened its first EatSure veg-only smart foodcourt in the city of Rajkot. Situated at Crystal Mall, this will be the eighth physical smart foodcourt by EatSure in the country.
Spanning 2,200 square feet, it offers a digital ordering experience. The official statement added that the food court features brands like Behrouz Biryani, Faasos, and Wendy’s. Customers can place orders using self-service kiosks or through the EatSure app. Notifications are sent via digital screens or WhatsApp once the order is ready, the statement noted.
“With the launch of EatSure’s first-ever vegetarian-only smart foodcourt in Rajkot, we’re thrilled to bring a one-of-a-kind, tech-powered dining experience to a city that truly celebrates vegetarian cuisine. This marks a major milestone in our offline growth journey as we merge culinary innovation with a fully digital ecosystem,” stated Sagar Kochhar, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), EatSure, Rebel Foods.
Rebel Foods, which has a direct-to-consumer facility in online dining, is bringing this to life through EatSure’s virtual food court model. The Rajkot launch replicates the ease of a physical food court, enabling consumers to order from top brands in a single order, the company stated. EatSure has also partnered with IRCTC to transform train travel dining.
