Myntra’s M-Now Hits 10% Order Share In First Year

Myntra’s M-Now logs 10 per cent of orders in active markets in first year

Express-delivery service draws 35 million visitors as Myntra expands dark-store network to over 80 locations

Myntra said its express-delivery service M-Now generated 10 per cent of orders in the locations where it operates during its first year, as the fashion e-retailer expands rapid-fulfilment to capture demand for faster delivery of lifestyle goods.

M-Now drew more than 35 million unique visitors over the year and reached 20 per cent customer penetration in active service areas, the company said. The service is available across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.

Myntra has scaled the network to more than 80 dark stores and plans further expansion. The service covers over 940 pincodes. Deliveries have occurred as early as 6:05 a.m. and as late as 11:45 p.m., with the quickest fulfilment at 10 minutes in Bengaluru. The highest-value order so far was a Dyson hair dryer worth Rs 55,000.

 M-Now has rapidly established itself as a key growth engine drawing in new customers and fueling demand. M-Now offers more than 100,000 SKUs from over 1,000 brands. Categories with strong demand include women’s western and Indian wear, men’s casual wear, beauty and personal care, footwear, perfumes and sports shoes. Gifting-related purchases rose during festive periods.

Brands with high traction on M-Now include MANGO, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, USPA, Adidas, Puma, ASICS, Skechers, Michael Kors, Fossil, CeraVe, M.A.C, Huda Beauty, BIBA, Snitch and Manyavar.

Myntra said it will expand M-Now to more cities and increase personalisation, assortment depth and delivery accuracy.
