Emiza, Raymond Partner For Ecommerce Fulfilment

The logistics firm will handle 1.45 million annual shipments for Raymond’s online portfolio, to enchance delivery efficiency and customer experience

Logistics provider Emiza has partnered with fashion and lifestyle company Raymond to power its next-generation ecommerce fulfilment operations, managing end-to-end logistics for the company’s online portfolio.

Under the collaboration, Emiza will oversee fulfilment for Raymond’s brands, including Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, and Ethnix, covering both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace operations. The company’s network of over 24 fulfilment centres across 12 cities will handle more than 1.45 million shipments annually.

As part of the agreement, Emiza will manage warehousing, packaging, and intelligent order routing. For Raymond’s D2C website, orders will be smartly routed from the nearest Raymond store to shorten delivery times. The partnership aims to cut delivery timelines by 20 per cent and achieve order accuracy above 99.7 per cent.

Emiza will also provide customised packaging aligned with Raymond’s premium positioning and manage marketplace claims to minimise operational losses.

“We are thrilled to partner with Raymond, a legacy brand that has consistently set benchmarks in the fashion and lifestyle industry. This partnership reinforces our mission to empower iconic Indian brands with a robust digital supply chain infrastructure tailored for the new-age consumer”, said Ajay Rao, Founder and CEO, Emiza.

Ravi Hudda, Chief Digital and Information Officer at Raymond, said the move is part of the company’s digital transformation efforts.

“Partnering with Emiza enables us to deliver premium customer experiences with greater efficiency, agility, and reliability. This collaboration is an enabler in Raymond’s digital-first journey,” he added.

Emiza expects to help Raymond maintain smooth operations during peak seasons, supporting surges of up to 75 per cent while ensuring faster deliveries and 15 per cent lower return rates.

Founded in 2015, Mumbai-based Emiza serves over 150 D2C and B2B brands across fashion, beauty, food, and electronics sectors. The company reported revenues of Rs 102 crore in FY24 and operates 27 fulfilment centres nationwide.
