Newme Accelerates Offline Push With 3 Store Additions

With these additions, the brand’s total offline footprint now stands at 21 stores across 12 cities

In line with its offline expansion journey, omnichannel Gen Z fashion brand Newme has opened three new retail stores in a single day across Jaipur, Surat and Pune. With these additions, the brand’s total offline footprint now stands at 21 stores across 12 cities.

Jaipur has rapidly emerged as a key fashion hub in India and already contributes significant share to the brand’s online business, making it a strategic market for offline expansion, the official statement noted. The first store in the pink city is a premium high-street store spread across 3,000 square feet of area. The store also marks a first for the brand, a two-floor retail format.

Surat and Pune, on the other hand, got their second and third stores each. The new Surat store, located on LP Savani Road, is spread across 1, 500 square feet and builds on the strong traction of the brand’s first outlet in the city.

“Offline retail is set to be a major growth driver for Newme this year. Our physical stores already contribute 22 per cent to the overall business and the demand we are seeing, especially from tier 2 cities, has reinforced our confidence in expanding aggressively. As we scale, our focus is on entering newer, high-potential markets and building stores that feel culturally relevant, experiential and deeply connected to Gen Z consumers,” stated Sumit Jasoria, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Newme.

The brand’s 2026 expansion is a part of its larger vision to build a pan-India offline presence, with plans to open ten more stores in next three months which will include tier 1 and 2 markets with a growing focus on the northeast markets.
